About Broadview

The Broadview neighborhood is perfectly positioned in the Northwest corner of the Great Northwest city of Seattle

The eastern border of Broadview is Greenwood Ave N which sits on top of a north-south ridge that is the apex of the Piper’s Creek watershed.  The watershed directs ground water more that a mile to the west, empties into Puget Sound, and  provides sustenance to the diverse flora and fauna that enrich the neighborhood.

The topography is such that the gentle sloping of the land to the west provides views of the Olympic mountains and Puget Sound to many of the homes in the neighborhood. Large lots and numerous native fir trees give Broadview a suburban look and feel.

The neighborhood is bounded by 220 acre Carkeek Park to the south.  The park boasts a Learning Center for children (and adults), Piper’s Creek salmon run (November), a sandy beach, miles of steep trails, and blocks all north-south traffic to the western portion of Broadview.

If tranquility, privacy, and proximity to north Seattle’s exciting urban neighborhoods of Ballard, Fremont, and Green Lake are what you are looking for then Broadview is your home run.
